Are you in pain at the moment? Is your sacroiliac joint, your hip, your pubic bone or your groin hurting every time you turn in bed, walk or climb the stairs? Then you are within the 20% of women who suffer from pregnancy related pelvic pain. The good news is the condition can be completely relieved in the majority of cases after a few physiotherapy sessions… or with a very simple -and painless- home exercise routine and a little change in habits. No matter how awful it feels at the moment, the solution exists. Pain can strike pregnant women as early as 2 months or almost by the due date –sometimes it even persists after pregnancy-, but the earliest you do something about it, the better the outcome will be. Join us for just a couple of hours to learn how you can safely and easily get rid of pelvic pain during and after pregnancy. The workshop is based on the work and routines of Röst Therapy.
You will learn…
- How to turn in bed or get in the car without pain
- How to avoid the first minutes of painful walk after lying or sitting for long periods
- How to walk, stand and sit pain free
